Do demo pages count as one of my own added pages?
No, these are only the pages for demo purpose, and do not count them as your own. When you set up your own pages, you can always go back to demo.
Can I remove the demo pages?
Yes, you can do that. Follow the same steps, as in removing regular, your own fanpages, go to “My Fanpages”, and use the remove button.
