How does the free trial work?

Want to test before you pay? no problem. Sign up for the 14 day free trial and explore all the features SoGreatWall has to offer at no charge. When you sign up for your free trial, you will be asked to provide payment information (credit card or PayPal account) so that we can bill you seamlessly once the trial period is offer. We will not charge your account until your free trial period expires. If you want to resign, you can do that anytime during the 14 day trial and your PayPal account or credit card will not be charged.

What happens after my trial period expires?

After your 14 day free trial expires, you will be automatically billed for the next month, depending on the pricing plan you have chosen. We will send you an automatic reminder, shortly before the trial expires. During the trial period, you can cancel at any moment.

How can I cancel my free trial?

You can do that, by using “Unsubscribe” option in your account settings.

How can I cancel my SoGreatWall subscription?

You can do that, by using “Unsubscribe” option in your account settings.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and PayPal. We might add additional payment features in the future, as well as additional credit card issuers.

How can I pay for my subscription?

Right now we accept most major credit cards and PayPal. All payments are processed by third parties which are PCI compliant. During the payment process you will be redirected to their payment service provider’s website. Once the payment details are provided you will automatically return to your activated account.

What is my billing period?

The start of your billing period is the day that your 14 day free trial finished and your paid subscription starts.
For example, if you start your free trial on the 5th, it will end 14 days later on the 19th, so the first day of your billing period will be the 20th. You will be charged for the following month up to and including the 19th of the following month. On the 20th you will be charged for the next month once again.

How can I modify my billing information?

You can update your billing information in My Account.

Can I get a custom plan?

If you want to get your individual custom plan, please contact us at sales@sogreatwall.com.

What happens when I accidentally subscribed multiple times and g

Please contact us at support@sogreatwall.com. You should provide us with information, how did you subscribe, Facebook or regular subscription, and give us Facebook ULR to your profile, or your regular user name.

Why is the account still active if I cancelled my subscription?

That is because, you cancelled your subscription before the current billing period ends. You will be able to use the account until the current billing period ends.

How do I change my billing information?

Go to “My Account” and choose “Billing” tab from tabs available below. After you are done with changing your billing information click “Save”
