How do I sign up? How to register and create an account?
First of all you have to click “Get Trial” button on our homepage, or use “Get Trial with Facebook” button. If you choose the first option you will be redirected to the registration page, where you can choose your Pricing Plan and provide us with registration and payment data. If you choose the second option, your data will be shared from your Facebook account. You will still have to provide your payment information.

Can I have multiple accounts?
No, you can only have one SoGreatWall account per Facebook profile or email address.
Can I change the owner of my account?
Please contact us at support@sogreatwall.com if such a change is required.
How can I change my account information?
You can update your account information in the “Account Settings” section. If you are logged in, just click here.
How do I recover my password?
Hover your mouse over "Sign In" button in top right corner of our homepage and click "Forgot your password?". An email with a link to reset your password will be sent to your SoGreatWall registration email (which is also your User ID).
