This is how Interaction Metrics are calculated:

- Share of interactions - % of interactions for one page among all interactions with the selected pages
- Daily interactions - number of interactions for posts from the selected day
- Monthly interactions - number of interaction per month in the selected period

This is how Post and Engagement Metrics are calculated:

- Admin wall posts - number of wall posts submitted by the admin in the selected period
- Admin post types - breakdown of all posts submitted by the admin into categories: link, photo, video, text, survey
- Daily admin posts - a breakdown of posts in the selected period by day
- Fan posts - total number of posts left by fans on the selected pages in the analyzed period
- Daily fan posts - a breakdown of the content posted by fans by day

This is how Summary Metrics are calculated:

- Total fans - The total number of page likes for the previous day
- Fan change - changes in the number of fans in the last week
- Yesterday - the change between yesterday & two days ago
- Average daily - the mean of the changes during the last week
- Total - sum of the changes during the last week
- Max daily - the greatest change (in terms of absolute value) during the last week, along with the date

This is how Fan Metrics are calculated:

- Total fans - number of fans/subscribers/followers for all selected pages
- Share of fans - number of fans for each page, expressed as a % of the total number of fans for the selected pages
- Share of new fans - number of new fans in the selected period, expressed as a % of the total fan growth for the selected pages
- Fans evolution - daily changes in the total number of fans for the selected period & pages
- Daily fan change - the number by which the page fans grew/decreased each day in the selected period

Engagement Rate (ER) is a sum of likes shares and comments, divided by total number of fans by the last read of given day.
By “the last read” we mean the last batch of data, that was downloaded from social network API.
